Mixed greens, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges and crisp julienne vegetables tossed in a mandarin orange vinaigrette topped with roasted almonds & goat cheese.

Slow roasted butternut squash pureed until smooth with a creamy finish.

A thick slab of prime rib is cooked to medium and served with au jus, horseradish, Yorkshire pudding, fresh vegetable medley and choice of side. Always a Chef’s Menu favourite.
